Data we store

Your uploaded PDFs and parsed transactions live in a private, per-user storage bucket protected by row-level security. Only you (and, if you delegate, your accountant via team invite) can access them.

Data we don't sell

We never sell, share, or use your bank data for advertising or training external models. AI parsing runs on infrastructure with data-processing agreements — inputs are not retained by the provider for training.

Deletion

Delete any statement from your dashboard and both the PDF and parsed rows are removed permanently. Account deletion available on request at privacy@banktobooks.com.

Passwords on PDFs

Password-protected PDFs are unlocked locally in your browser before upload. Passwords never leave your device.
