The short version

• Free tier is 5 statements per calendar month per user.
• You own your data. We host it, you delete it, both parties can walk away.
• Categorised transactions are AI-generated — please review before filing tax returns.
• No refunds on paid credits already consumed. Unused credits refundable within 30 days.

Acceptable use

Upload only statements you have the legal right to process. No scraping of the API. No re-hosting of extracted data for third-party use without written agreement.

Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Beta features (WhatsApp intake, public API) are provided as-is until GA.
