Turn any bank CSV into a validated .iif file — with account mappings, splits and journal entries — that QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier and Enterprise import without errors.
Upload your CSV bank export or transaction log.
(Optional) Map categories to your QuickBooks chart of accounts and set the target bank account.
Download the .iif and import via File → Utilities → Import → IIF Files.
IIF (Intuit Interchange Format) is QuickBooks Desktop's tab-delimited batch format. Unlike QBO, IIF supports full journal entries, splits and chart-of-accounts mappings — but its header validation is strict and one wrong tab breaks the whole file. Our converter parses your CSV, maps categories to your CoA, and emits an IIF with the exact !TRNS / !SPL / !ENDTRNS header structure QuickBooks Desktop expects.
Download a small working example on both sides so you can match your source file's format before uploading — the #1 cause of failed conversions is a source file with the wrong column order or delimiter.

Upload a small CSV sample and walk through column mapping, validation and preview before downloading — everything runs locally in your browser.
All parsing runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Every CSV conversion can also be exported directly to CSV, Excel (.xlsx), QuickBooks (.qbo) or OFX from the upload screen.
No — IIF is QuickBooks Desktop only. For QBO, convert to .qbo (Web Connect) or CSV.
Yes. Include a 'split' column in your CSV (or let us auto-split VAT/GST lines) and we emit multi-line !SPL records.
Re-run the export — categories are re-mapped from the latest CoA snapshot each time.
